I have emailed the seller and they promptly responded. This was an amazing product and my 15yr old son absolutely loved it. Unfortunately the pump malfunctioned less than 2 weeks after the warranty expired, however the seller was very courteous and rectified the situation. I am overall very pleased with this seller and how they handled everything. This product was a great item, I truly believe it was just a faulty pump and no fault of the sellers what so ever. I will give the seller 5 stars for customer service, but since the pump did explode and was faulty I can only give the product 3 stars.****Pump literately exploded while it was being used to pump air into an empty tank. This has barely been used, our pool is not even completely filled yet. Unfortunately the warranty ran out 12 days ago. I WOULD not recommend this item, unless the company wants to stand by their product and send a replacement pump. This was definitely not worth the money, which is sad and disappointing because it was for my 15 yr old son as a bday gift. He was extremely excited and now we have a $180 gift that is unusable. Buyer beware.This is listed as a toy for anybody to use as an experienced diver I can assure you this is not this is a pony tank it is a backup tank or reserve tank you keep on your main tank in case any malfunctions happen I am not telling you to not buy it I am telling you to do some research because if you surface too fast because you're running out of oxygen you're going to kill yourself as as divers say death is just a breath away now when you breathe in compressed air and your surfacing too fast you will experience compression sickness and the worst possible scenario is coming up to fast and when you breathe in your going to inhale 3 longsworth of air which will rupture your lungs and kill you if you are to use this product as a small diving kit please ensure you stay above 25 ft and keep an eye on your oxygenExtremely hard to refill with pump but it works once it’s full.More problem then its worth . Just not worth buying . Look for other options. I would not recommend.Is an extremely dangerous product. Get trained in scuba diving, or don’t bother.
